HGTV’s “INCOME PROPERTY” is now casting in the GTA!
HGTV’s INCOME PROPERTY is now casting dynamic people who have a home with a rental unit that needs an upgrade. Whether it’s your own home with a separate apartment in it, or a dedicated rental property, INCOME PROPERTY can help you create a safe, legal, attractive rental unit – to find a great tenant at a premium rent!
Eligibility: Candidates must have a realistic budget to contribute to the renovation, and time to appear on-camera for 9 non-consecutive shoot days over eight weeks in the Summer/Fall of 2012.
To be eligible for consideration, your home must be located within the Greater Toronto Area in Canada.
NB: Due to city zoning bylaws, the following locations are not eligible for consideration at this time: Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Maple, and Woodbridge.
