INCOME PROPERTY CASTING CALL
HGTV’s Income Property is now casting for dynamic people who have a home with a rental unit that needs an upgrade, or who want to create an income suite to bring in some much-needed extra cash. Host, Scott McGillivray, can help you create or upgrade your income suite in order to attract a great tenant, and get on track with your financial goals!
Candidates must have a realistic budget to contribute to the renovation, and time to appear on-camera for 6 non-consecutive shoot days over one month.
Eligibility: To be eligible for consideration, your home must be located within the Greater Toronto Area in Canada. Due to city zoning bylaws, the following locations are not eligible for consideration: Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Maple, and Woodbridge.
