Candidates must be ready to buy a property, have their financing in place, have a realistic budget to contribute to the renovation, and time to appear on-camera for 8 non-consecutive shoot days over a few months.
Eligibility: To be eligible for consideration, your new home must be located within the Greater Toronto Area in Canada.
Due to city zoning bylaws, we cannot consider properties in the following regions: Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Maple, and Woodbridge.
